Between the great hive cities of Necromunda sit the harsh and deadly Ash Wastes, a bleak and endless desert of ash, stretching throughout the entire planet. Those who would venture out of the cover of their hive cities are rare and far between, consisting of nomads, outcasts, and gangs hired to protect trade caravans.
This Necromunda box set takes place in the Ash Wastes and includes two full gangs, 12 House Orlock gang members which include 2 Outrider Quads, 14 Ash Waste Nomads, which include 4 Dustback Helamites, a large set of terrain pieces consisting of 2 Ash Wastes Hab Buildings, a Large Platform, 2 Small Platforms, and 5 Walkways, as well as a 176-page Necromunda: Ash Wastes rulebook with all the rules, lore, artworks and everything else needed to start playing Necromunda (Including the new rules introducing vehicular combat to Necromunda), a Double-sided gaming mat, Dice and Cards, and much more.
The Ash Waste Nomads are a gang of scavengers and bandits, terrorizing all who would pass through the Ash Wastes they call their home and leave nothing in their wake.
This set includes 10 Ash Waste Nomads in 5 different designs, and plenty of customization options which include 14 heads with 7 different designs (and two extra that come attached to a body), 10 back-mounted shades, and a whole slew of weapons to choose from, consisting of 4 long rifles, 4 blast rifles, 2 blast pistols, 2 stalking knives, 2 charge casters,
2 mono-hooks, and 2 chain lances.
A team of hardened Ash Waste Nomads riding Dustback Helamites, a species of massive insects native to the wastes who can traverse the hills and dunes with ease and haste, trained and domesticated by the nomads to serve as their steeds.
This set of 4 Dustback Helamites and their Nomad riders also includes 2 optional horns for the Helamites, 8 different Nomad rider heads in 4 different designs, 4 saddle poles in two designs, and many weapon choices including 2 blast rifles, 2 long rifles, 2 blast pistols,
and 2 chain lances.
To match the ease with which the Nomads cross the Wastes, the Orlock gang devised
fast-moving four-wheeler vehicles, able to glide across the vast desert and get them wherever they need to be.
This set of 2 Orlock Outrider Quads also includes 8 Orlock heads in 4 designs, 4 heavy weapons, with a choice between harpoon launchers and heavy bolters, as well as a pistol and other options for the drivers' arms.
